⚠ AI Disclaimer
Bridger combines AI-assisted analysis with proprietary data pipelines and human-curated methodologies. Scores, insights, revenue estimates, generational feedback, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional UX, marketing, legal, or financial advice. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always independently verify findings before making business decisions.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridger platform and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by BRIDGED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Bridger is an AI-powered website intelligence platform operated by BRIDGED. The Service analyzes publicly accessible websites and generates reports, scores, and recommendations using proprietary methodologies. The specific features, tools, and capabilities available to you vary by subscription tier and are described within the Service itself. The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if: you are at least 18 years old, you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and you comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Businesses may authorize employees or agents to use the Service on their behalf.
3. User Accounts
Some features require account registration. Users agree to: provide accurate and truthful information, maintain the security of login credentials, notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@mybridged.net, and accept responsibility for all activities under their account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, conduct unauthorized automated data scraping beyond the Service's intended use, analyze websites you do not own or lack authorization to analyze where legally required, harass or defame individuals or businesses, interfere with system security or infrastructure, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform. You may only analyze publicly accessible websites.
5. AI-Assisted Content Disclaimer
The Service leverages a combination of AI-assisted analysis, proprietary scoring methodologies, and automated data pipelines to produce insights, scores, predictions, and recommendations. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate, are not a substitute for professional UX, marketing, legal, financial, or accessibility advice, should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions, and may vary between analysis runs. Bridger does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying results before acting on them.
6. Website Analysis and Third-Party Services
The Service analyzes publicly available web content using automated data retrieval and third-party data and service providers. Bridger does not claim ownership of analyzed websites, does not modify third-party websites, and does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted or estimated information. Website content is fetched at the time of analysis and is retained only as needed to generate and display the report.
7. Automated Re-Analysis
Growth and Agency plan subscribers may enable scheduled re-analysis of websites on a weekly or monthly basis. By enabling this feature, you authorize Bridger to automatically re-fetch and re-analyze the specified URLs according to your configured schedule. You may cancel scheduled re-analysis at any time from within your analysis settings.
8. Competitor Watch
Users may configure Competitor Watch to monitor one or more competitor websites for score changes over time. By enabling this feature, you authorize Bridger to periodically fetch and re-analyze the specified competitor URLs on your configured schedule. Competitor Watch data is private to your account unless explicitly shared. Bridger does not guarantee the frequency or accuracy of change alerts.
9. Leaderboard and Public Submissions
Users may optionally submit their analysis to the Bridger public leaderboard. By opting in, you grant BRIDGED a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publicly display your website domain, scores, and summary metrics on www.mybridged.app. Sites flagged by our automated trust analysis system as potentially fraudulent or scammy are automatically excluded from the leaderboard. BRIDGED reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms. Users may remove their listing at any time from within their analysis report.
10. Shareable Content
Users may generate shareable teaser links, AI Brief documents, and presentation or full-report share links for their analysis reports, as well as shared client Fix Tracker views (the Client Portal). By creating a shareable link, you acknowledge that anyone with the link can view the shared content — a summary in teaser or presentation mode, or the full tabbed report in full mode. Shareable links may be deactivated by the user at any time. BRIDGED is not responsible for downstream sharing or use of shared content.
11. White-Label and Agency Features
Agency plan subscribers may customize reports with their own branding (agency name, logo, color, tagline) for client delivery. When using white-label features, you agree not to: misrepresent AI-generated results as independently conducted human research, imply regulatory certification or professional endorsement not obtained, claim the reports were produced by human experts without appropriate disclosure, or use white-label reports to deceive clients about the nature of the analysis.
12. Agency Outreach Pipeline
Agency plan subscribers may use an automated outreach feature that integrates with third-party prospect and email services. By enabling this feature, you: confirm you have lawful basis to contact discovered prospects under applicable spam and data protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL), accept responsibility for all outreach emails sent under your account, agree to use your own authorized accounts and credentials for prospect discovery and email delivery, and agree not to use this feature for bulk unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law. BRIDGED is not responsible for the content, deliverability, or legal compliance of outreach emails you send. Prospect data retrieved via third-party services is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.
13. Third-Party Integrations
Users may connect Bridger to third-party platforms to export or push analysis data. By enabling these integrations, you authorize Bridger to send report data to the connected platforms on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these integrations complies with the applicable terms of service of each platform. BRIDGED is not responsible for data handling by third-party platforms after export.
14. Public API
API plan subscribers receive a unique API key enabling programmatic access to Bridger's analysis capabilities. API keys are personal and must not be shared. Monthly call limits apply per plan (500 or 5,000 calls). BRIDGED reserves the right to throttle or suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage. You may not resell or sublicense API access without prior written consent from BRIDGED.
15. Promo Codes
BRIDGED may issue promotional codes that grant temporary access to a higher subscription tier. Promo codes are subject to usage limits and expiry dates set by BRIDGED. Codes may not be transferred or resold. BRIDGED reserves the right to deactivate any promo code at any time without prior notice.
16. Team Accounts
Agency plan subscribers may invite up to 5 team members to collaborate under their account. The account owner is responsible for all activity by invited team members and for ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms. Removing a team member revokes their access. Team member invitations are sent via email to the specified address.
17. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, algorithms, AI models, design, branding, and platform architecture—are owned exclusively by BRIDGED. Users may not reproduce, copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative versions of the platform without written authorization. Users retain ownership of the websites they own and any data they submit as inputs to the Service.
18. Reports and Generated Content
